SHIPPING & RETURNS
We proudly offer worldwide FREE shipping on all orders. Every piece is custom made to order for you, so please allow up to 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Thank you for your patience while we carefully create your order!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Due to all of our pieces being custom made to order just for you, we do NOT accept returns or exhange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Please double check your order details (size, color, shipping details) before placing an order, as we cannot make changes once production begins.
SIZING
Sizing Notice: Our shoes use European sizing and half sizes are NOT available. Please refer to the sizing chart which is available in each product image. If you have a wider foot or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
